The Deep Thinkers Club

A monthly gathering, for those seeking the Yoga off of the mat.

At one point in my yoga journey, I hit a wall.

I was flowing through hot, sweaty power classes five times a week. I tasted bliss at the end: collapsing into savasana, but the calm vanished the moment I left the studio.

Within minutes, I was back at my desk… jaw clenched, swearing at emails, rubbing my temples, watching the clock and counting down until 5 pm so I could escape back to the studio and do it all again.

My teachers kept saying, There’s so much more to yoga than what happens on the mat.”
But no one was telling me what that more actually was.

My practice felt trapped — locked inside a sun-lit studio. And I was desperate to learn how to carry that deep calm, that quiet joy, into real life.

That’s exactly what we explore inside The Deep Thinkers Club.

Yoga off the mat:

This is where yoga becomes something you live.

We explore:

  • Traditional yogic philosophy, translated for modern life

  • Meditation and breathwork that keep you calmer, longer

  • Transformational practices that deepen your connection to yourself — and to others

These are the pieces missing from most 60-minute vinyasa classes in Western studios.
The kind of magic that lets you lift calm out of the studio and place it directly into your life.

The Deep Thinkers Club

Each month brings a new theme, explored through:

  • Monthly in-person gatherings (last Tuesday evening of each month)

  • Optional live online sessions

  • Guided meditations to support your home practice

If you feel called to explore a deeper kind of Yoga - Yoga that has a magical ripple effect on your life, your relationships, your career, your mindset: I would love to guide you.

Who is this For?

The woman who goes to yoga to calm her anxious mind, but finds herself carrying the same tension back into her emails, her relationships, and her thoughts five minutes after leaving the studio

Those who long for deeper connection, yet often default to surface-level conversation because it feels easier, safer, or more socially appropriate.

The woman who has a yoga practice she loves, but senses there’s something missing — something beyond strength, sweat, and flexibility.

The student who is ready to practice yoga as a way of living, not just something they do on a mat.

It’s time now.

Let’s come together.

March - The Gratitude Rebellion

This month in Deep Thinker’s Club, we’re exploring an energetic powerhouse we all have access to: Heart Centre, and how to tap into deep, embodied gratitude. Not the polite, politically correct - “grateful for world peace” kind. (Thank goodness, as we’re a way off.)

The kind of gratitude that makes you glow when you remember your child’s belly laugh, when the spring sun thaws your bones after a long, grey winter, the kind of thankfulness that pulls you away from your iPhone, into presence and lets you feel the goodness that is available to you, even in the midst of challenge.

I’ll be guiding you through meditation and simple energetic practices (think DIY Reiki) that I use daily to return to this place of compassion.

Because let’s be honest: life gets fast and hard. Regularly.

When it does, gratitude is the quickest way I know to come back to true JOY - a deeper sense of contentment that softens your edges (even after a nightmare work meeting, an argument with your partner, or a toddler melt down) and reconnects you to what matters.

It’s so easy to live head down, blinkers on, running the rat race — ticking off the “9–5 dream”: work hard, get married, have kids, get the pension, follow the rules… and everything will fall into place.

Except, as many of us are realising, this good girl narrative often leaves us asking: Is this really all there is?

We live in a culture designed to keep us wanting. To highlight what’s missing. To convince us we need the newer phone, the shinier car, the fresh haircut to feel like enough.

Gratitude is rebellion.

It’s a refusal to participate in the frantic race for more, more, MORE.
It’s choosing to notice what you already have.
It’s connecting to the warm, steady glow of Santosha: deep contentment, even whilst in mess.

During our session, I’ll introduce you to a meditation practice that connects you directly to your Heart Centre. When we learn to access this space regularly, joy becomes available: not as a reward, but as a regular state.

The kind of joy that lets you dance around your living room with your toddler without shame.
The sort that softens tension and melts icy atmospheres at work or at home.
Joy that allows you to speak honestly during conflict, connect deeply again, and move forward together.

We’ll close by learning an ancient mantra: a powerful tool for shifting into an abundance mindset. The funny thing is - when we are grateful, truly grateful, for what we have - more becomes available to us: we magnetise opportunity!

When stress, anxiety or anger take the wheel, mantra becomes your anchor - a way to gently land back into calm and compassion.

If you’ve been feeling the quiet pull of “there must be more than this”, if you are done with ‘waiting to feel happy when’ and are ready to tap into joy NOW - this space is for you.
