The Deep Thinkers Club

A monthly gathering, for those seeking the Yoga off of the mat.

At one point in my yoga journey, I hit a wall.

I was flowing through hot, sweaty power classes five times a week. I tasted bliss at the end: collapsing into savasana, but the calm vanished the moment I left the studio.

Within minutes, I was back at my desk… jaw clenched, swearing at emails, rubbing my temples, watching the clock and counting down until 5 pm so I could escape back to the studio and do it all again.

My teachers kept saying, There’s so much more to yoga than what happens on the mat.”
But no one was telling me what that more actually was.

My practice felt trapped — locked inside a sun-lit studio. And I was desperate to learn how to carry that deep calm, that quiet joy, into real life.

That’s exactly what we explore inside The Deep Thinkers Club.

Yoga off the mat:

This is where yoga becomes something you live.

We explore:

  • Traditional yogic philosophy, translated for modern life

  • Meditation and breathwork that keep you calmer, longer

  • Transformational practices that deepen your connection to yourself — and to others

These are the pieces missing from most 60-minute vinyasa classes in Western studios.
The kind of magic that lets you lift calm out of the studio and place it directly into your life.

The Deep Thinkers Club

Each month brings a new theme, explored through:

  • Monthly in-person gatherings (last Tuesday evening of each month)

  • Optional live online sessions

  • Guided meditations to support your home practice

If you feel called to explore a deeper kind of Yoga - Yoga that has a magical ripple effect on your life, your relationships, your career, your mindset: I would love to guide you.

Who is this For?

The woman who goes to yoga to calm her anxious mind, but finds herself carrying the same tension back into her emails, her relationships, and her thoughts five minutes after leaving the studio

Those who long for deeper connection, yet often default to surface-level conversation because it feels easier, safer, or more socially appropriate.

The woman who has a yoga practice she loves, but senses there’s something missing — something beyond strength, sweat, and flexibility.

The student who is ready to practice yoga as a way of living, not just something they do on a mat.

It’s time now.

Let’s come together.

Stop Feeling Stuck

Personalised energetic guidance to shift the daily choices shaping your life

In this month’s Deep Thinkers Club I will introduce you to the central channel - the energetic highway of your body.

I will teach you powerful pranayama, visualisation and meditation techniques to scan your central channel, and give you the tools that will enable you to notice subtle blockages.  When we are able to notice these blockages, we can begin to understand the effects they have on our daily lives, confidence and relationships, and start to improve them.

Through these techniques, we take our power back.  We no longer hand it over to a teacher.  We don’t need to wait for a monthly Reiki session to “clear” things for us.  Ultimately, if we don’t understand what’s causing the blocks we’ll keep repeating the same behaviours and wonder why nothing’s changing.

This is the most personal of my Deep Thinker’s Club sessions to date, and I will offer tailored advice to each participantNo vague ‘one size fit’s all’ advice: precise, off-the-mat guidance based on your blocks, and how they show up in your relationships, your work, and your everyday choices.

How does this look in real life?

For years, I kept my mouth shut to ‘keep the peace’.   I’d overthink my words, water myself down, or say nothing at all, to avoid ‘disappointing’ the people I loved and respected.  I tailored my life precisely to impress those around me, rather than live a life I loved.  I played by the ‘good girl’ rules.

Through central channel work, I realised that I had a blockage in my throat: an area which is connected to rules and perfectionism - go figure.  ;-)

I started working with the meditation I will teach you to gently clear this, alongside a deceptively ‘easy’ and complementary off the mat practice: Simplicity - saying what I actually mean.  It wasn’t graceful at first:  but it worked. Now I speak up without that knot in my throat, back myself compassionately without spiralling about others’ reactions, and make choices that feel right for me:  even when other people don’t yet fully understand.

Precise, ‘Off the Mat’ Guidance

This is one of many blockages that we can discover, and releasing these can have such a magical effect on your life, and the people around you too!

This isn’t one to miss.  I’m keeping it intentionally small so everyone receives personalised support.

A third of the spots have gone before I even started advertising - and once they’re filled, that’s it.  I would love to see you. x
