The Deep Thinkers Club
A monthly gathering, for those seeking the Yoga off of the mat.
At one point in my yoga journey, I hit a wall.
I was flowing through hot, sweaty power classes five times a week. I tasted bliss at the end: collapsing into savasana, but the calm vanished the moment I left the studio.
Within minutes, I was back at my desk… jaw clenched, swearing at emails, rubbing my temples, watching the clock and counting down until 5 pm so I could escape back to the studio and do it all again.
My teachers kept saying, “There’s so much more to yoga than what happens on the mat.”
But no one was telling me what that more actually was.
My practice felt trapped — locked inside a sun-lit studio. And I was desperate to learn how to carry that deep calm, that quiet joy, into real life.
That’s exactly what we explore inside The Deep Thinkers Club.
Yoga off the mat:
This is where yoga becomes something you live.
We explore:
Traditional yogic philosophy, translated for modern life
Meditation and breathwork that keep you calmer, longer
Transformational practices that deepen your connection to yourself — and to others
These are the pieces missing from most 60-minute vinyasa classes in Western studios.
The kind of magic that lets you lift calm out of the studio and place it directly into your life.
The Deep Thinkers Club
Each month brings a new theme, explored through:
Monthly in-person gatherings (last Tuesday evening of each month)
Optional live online sessions
Guided meditations to support your home practice
If you feel called to explore a deeper kind of Yoga - Yoga that has a magical ripple effect on your life, your relationships, your career, your mindset: I would love to guide you.
Who is this For?
The woman who goes to yoga to calm her anxious mind, but finds herself carrying the same tension back into her emails, her relationships, and her thoughts five minutes after leaving the studio
Those who long for deeper connection, yet often default to surface-level conversation because it feels easier, safer, or more socially appropriate.
The woman who has a yoga practice she loves, but senses there’s something missing — something beyond strength, sweat, and flexibility.
The student who is ready to practice yoga as a way of living, not just something they do on a mat.
It’s time now.
Let’s come together.
This Month's Magic

This Month's Magic -
February - A Deeper Connection
We live in a world that is LOUD - always connected: online, scrolling, calling, emailing - and yet, true connection has never felt farther away. The world has never been so divided - opinions are BLACK and WHITE - news channels are live horror shows, and social media keeps us comparing.
In this extreme age of DIVISION - I invite you to COME TOGETHER - to connect on a far deeper level.
Yoga was never meant to be practised in isolation. It is a living, breathing community, and this element of Yoga, whilst rarely practised in Western wellness studios, has never been more important.
This month, we will explore the part of you that lies behind your eyes - ‘the seer’, the one who experiences, but is not defined. Together, we will study Purusha and Prakriti, the concept of deep connection, and how, in spite of all of our opinions, we really aren’t so different.
Finally, an opportunity for Heart Sharing. A partner exercise where we speak from this place of freedom, with no fear of shame or judgement, and share what truly lies underneath.
If this speaks to you, trust that instinct. I would love to guide you x
We will flow into Eye Gazing - a beautiful opportunity to meet one another without labels. Here we drop our identities - we let go of being defined by our salaries, our job titles, whether you are a wife, a husband, a sister, a parent - all of it, released.
