Private 1:1 Yoga is where we stop dipping in and start changing how life feels.

This work is simple, practical, and quietly powerful. I teach you techniques that help you feel calmer: not just for an hour on the mat, but out in your real, busy life.

Ancient practices, translated for modern nervous systems. Yoga that helps you feel more motivated, confident and creative, without needing to burn incense, spiritual posturing, or bank-breaking retreats.

This is the pause before you snap at your partner.
The breath that brings you back to yourself halfway through the day.

Yoga that supports you to create work you actually care about.
To feel comfortable in your own skin.
To gently retune the voice in your head so it’s on your side.

Rather than scattered drop-in sessions, private lessons offer something steadier: consistent, personalised support that your body can begin to trust.

Over time, we build a yogic toolkit you can carry with you: practical, grounding practices that help calm become something you return to, not something you chase.

In 1:1 sessions, my full attention is on you. Your pace. Your energy. Your life. Not fixing. Not forcing.

Just learning how to meet yourself with steadiness, again and again, until it starts to stick.

  • Asana (or the physical movement that we often practise in yoga classes) is fantastic for strengthening the body and creating flexibility. For some, this is where Yoga stops. However, with the right guidance and by building in pranayama (breath and energy work) and meditation, that sense of calm that you experience in the Yoga studio can begin to enter your daily life.

    Meditation is scientifically proven to increase your resilience to stress. With consistent practice, it will sharpen your mind and and improve your relationships.

    Along with asana, we could focus on creating a personalised meditation plan that will allow you to build a regular habit that supports your wellbeing.

  • I can introduce you to philosophical tools which will encourage self-reflection, support mindful relationships, and invite a greater sense of purpose.

    These tools have a magical way of rippling your practice out of the studio and into your daily life.

    These practices can -

    • Have a positive impact on your communication in your relationships

    • Encourage you to gently notice fears & patterns that might be limiting you.

    • Build a lasting sense of calm, inspiration & motivation through consistent practice

  • A group class can be an intimidating place if you are new to Asana (the physical movements that we associate with Yoga).

    Together, we can privately build a solid foundation to your practice, working on asana (Yoga postures), pranayama (breath/energy work) and simple meditation techniques that will make you feel more at home in the studio, and in your own body.

  • Are you an intermediate student with certain postures in mind? Perhaps you are aiming for the splits, lotus pose, or headstand?

    We will break down advanced asanas, exploring their bodily components, to make them more approachable, with practise and consistency.

Trial Sessions

Before committing to a lesson package, it would be wonderful to practise together in a trial session. This way, we can both ensure that we are a good fit, and you can discover if I am the right teacher for your journey.

Trial sessions include a meet and greet to discuss your goals, and a 75 minute class that helps me to understand the nature of your current practice.
