Summer
Flow
Join us for our sell out brunch experience at the beautiful Roundhouse Haven, a stunning wooden circular studio, set in the rolling fields of the Leicestershire countryside.
The morning will begin with Hannah, the founder of Mind Garden Studio, as she leads you through her signature and much loved Soul Flow Yoga class - a heart led, and accessible flow, jewelled with gentle, hands on assists.
This will be followed by a deep relaxation body scan, and a lovingly assisted Savasana.
Picture a head massage, air scented like coconuts, and Yoga that leaves you feeling as if you have had a loving hug!
Feel
After your Yoga flow, Hannah will guide you through a transformative meditation that will teach you how to tap into heart centre - a little glowing energy point in the middle of your chest.
This is where we can store gratitude, a lot like a battery. The more we connect to heart centre, the more we charge ourselves, and rewire our brains to notice the beauty in the day to day.
So, when life’s chaos hits, you will know how to connect to a little bank of smiles and belly laughs to power you through and let you feel ligher.
Feast
Surround yourself with like-minded community as we enjoy a beautiful Summer brunch menu created by Julia, the owner of the Scandi Coffee Co.
We are so excited to take you through the next edition of our Yoga Brunch Collective experiences, and we cannot wait for you to feel the loving intention that has gone into each and every moment.
As always, you will leave with a bespoke gift bag, featuring sweet treats and seasonal essential oil and aromatherapy gifts for you and your home.
