Do you ever wonder why you hold yourself back? If you’re anything like me, you have a rather annoying voice in your head — the one that second-guesses your ideas, warns you off change, and keeps you playing small.
Honestly, I’m tired of listening to that voice.
After years of deep healing and self-reflection, I made a decision to stop hiding — and step into a more confident version of myself. The version who runs the event, posts the thing, creates the course. The version who takes action even when fear is present — and is learning to move forward without being ruled by the fear of judgment or failure.
And here’s the truth: we all have our stories. We all have reasons we learned to shrink, to doubt ourselves, to stay safe instead of visible.
We also have a choice.
We can keep our heads down — like so much of society — repeating the same patterns, making the same decisions, and wondering why we feel unfulfilled, uninspired, or disconnected. Or… we can get curious. We can slow down. We can listen. We can explore what’s actually running the show beneath the surface.

Together, we’ll explore samskaras — the unconscious patterns that keep repeating in your life — so you can finally recognize them as they’re happening, rather than weeks (or years) later. This awareness alone can change how you make decisions, set boundaries, and respond instead of react.
We’ll then move into somatic shaking, a deeply grounding meditation practice that helps release stored tension from the body — the kind that shows up as procrastination, people-pleasing, overthinking, or feeling “on edge” for no clear reason. You will leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more settled in your nervous system — which directly impacts how confidently you show up in daily life.
We’ll flow into a self-image burning ritual, where you consciously let go of outdated expectations, internalized rules, and identities that are no longer yours to carry. This isn’t symbolic fluff — it’s about loosening the grip of stories that quietly influence your choices, your voice, and your sense of what’s possible.
You’ll leave with practical tools to reconnect with your intuition and identify three core values that act as internal guideposts — helping you make decisions with more ease, less self-doubt, and a deeper sense of alignment with your personal path (your Dharma).
